April started her career in the beauty industry as soon as she turned 18 years old. Always knowing she had a passion for beauty and helping to create beautiful feelings in friends and loved ones, she found she could channel this energy with her work in the eyelash extension world. Talk about instant gratification. The look that comes over a clients face when they look in the mirror after receiving a lash treatment, is what keeps this girl going. “I love knowing my clients wake up feeling they look their best, every day, because of my direct work”.
Throughout April’s lashing career, she found that not all lash work is created equal. To help put a stop to poor lash application and damaged lashes, April took on the training program for Lash Out Professional. She has dedicated her life and time to helping those that want to improve their skills and grow their careers in the beauty industry with Lash Out! Pro.
In 2016, April opened Lashes & Paws in Encinitas, CA as a way to marry her love of lashes with her passion to save homeless pets. With Lashes & Paws, she was able to donate over $2500 to local animal shelters and no-kill shelters. She hopes to continue her work within Lash Out Pro and is open to suggestions on how to help on a larger scale.
In 2020, April relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah to continue her work as the Owner/Operator or Lash Out Pro.

While serving Lash Out! as our concierge for several years, Monica pursued her esthetician license at National Cosmetology School, and we are so thrilled that she has now risen to become the proud owner of Lash Out! In addition to the tough training she received at school, Monica apprenticed here at Lash Out!, and knows our business and clientele better than anyone. With over 7 years of customer service experience and a devoted interest in the artistry of lash extensions, she takes an extra interest in making our services as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Monica says: “I am passionate about offering my clients extraordinary service every time they visit. I was one of Whitney’s first Lash Out! clients, and needless to say, I fell in love with my new lashes. That’s why I’m still here!”

With 15+ years in the beauty, spa, internet and marketing industry as well as just being a beauty entrepreneur, being a part of the latest thing is a given. Due to my fascination with lashes in general whether finding the right mascara or a way to make my lashes look longer, when eyelash extensions came out I knew that I wanted to be a part of it, therefore LASH OUT! was opened.
It’s amazing to see the transformation right before your eyes when a new full set of lashes is applied to a first time client.
